I did my hair transplant at this hospital 9 months ago, and overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience. The hospital is very clean and well-maintained, the staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful. As for the results, after 9 months I can see noticeable improvement, and I’m happy with the progress so far.

Dr. Ozlem is the best!

Dr. Ozlem is the best! We came from the UK, husband and wife, to get our hairlines corrected. Literally had a mango smoothie each while waiting for surgery time, Heva Clinic has very comfortable facilities. We were explained in detail about the entire process, all questions answered. Accommodation and transfers were well organized too. Thank you Lara, thanks Dr. Ozlem and the whole team.

Hair Tarnsplant - more than I expected

He first told me that I would get a 60% coverage of my bold area when he saw my photos. When I arrived, after analyzing my donor area, Dr. Cinik told me, confidently taht I will get a 80% coverage. It was a hard and long job for them and for me, but it was a success!One of the best Hair Transplant Clinics in the world!

The receptionist was very courteous and precise about the appointment and my financial commitments for the procedures.The Hygienist, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and patiently explained everything and executed the work very skillfully. The Dentist, Dr. Shaan examined and explained the further procedures with knowledge and calmness and patience.It was an excellent first visit.

From the very first contact until the completion of post-operative follow-up, my experience was exceptionally positive and professional.The impression began with flawless organization: the airport transfers (to and from), as well as transfers to the hotel and clinic, operated precisely on schedule. Even at this stage, the politeness and eagerness to help of every staff member were evident.At the clinic itself, the atmosphere was both calm and business-like. All the staff, from administrators to nurses, demonstrated the highest level of competence and attentiveness. They patiently answered all my questions, explained every step in detail, and did everything for my comfort, which significantly reduced my pre-operative anxiety.But the main impression was the doctors. The professionalism, precision, and confidence with which the procedure was performed inspired complete trust.

I deeply regret choosing this clinic for my dental treatment. I paid for E-Max crowns on both my upper and lower teeth, but from the start, I noticed an unsettling vibration when speaking. I informed CAN, the patient representative, but once payment was made, my concerns were ignored.After two months, my bridge snapped while eating a sandwich. I contacted Eileen, who advised me to return to Turkey for repairs. Despite taking time off work, I was shocked to hear I’d need to pay £1,000 for the fix.Frustrated, I went to another dentist, who removed the broken bridge and revealed the fang tooth wasn’t properly cemented. This led to chronic infections, causing the tooth to rot beyond saving. I had no choice but to have it extracted and replaced with dental implants.The negligence at this clinic has cost me time, money, and pain. Think twice before choosing them—you might end up paying for their mistakes like I did.

Excellent results

After 6 months of having performed the intervention I can already say that the results are being excellent and better than expected, especially considering that the process can take up to 15 months to see the final results. The follow-up by the clinic, its team and my Ezequiel liaison is excellent and they solve any questions that arise. I advise everyone to consider a visit to Dr. Cinik's clinic to decide, you will not regret it.
